What we collect

When you join the early-access list we collect your mobile number, the time you signed up, the page you signed up on, the invite code you came from (if any), your IP address and browser type. We keep the IP address and time as a record of your consent to receive texts.

How we use it

We use your number only to text you about orbit early access and launch, and to credit whoever invited you. We don't sell your number or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Text messages

Expect a confirmation text when you join and a small number of texts about early access and launch. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who handles your data

Service providers that run the list for us: Vercel (hosting), Upstash (storage) and Twilio (sending texts). They may only use it to provide their service to us.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep your number until you opt out or ask us to delete it. To delete it, email contact@orbittradingapp.com.
